Previously, I was at TBWA/Chiat/Day, where I was CD for Levi’s and Sephora. With my partner, I led the development and execution of the “Reiimagine” campaign with Beyoncé. For Sephora, I led execution of the final chapter of the 2024 “Only at Sephora” campaign, and have just released the 2024 Sephora holiday campaign, “Don’t Overthink It,” with spots directed by Taika Waititi.
For the 6 years prior, I was a creative director at Instagram.
While there I led development and execution of digital-first global brand campaigns and product launches. This included the largest voter registration drive in history, interviewing teens about loneliness and bullying, and leading the development of Instagram’s first new brand voice since the app’s founding.
I led work with brilliant agency teams at Wieden+Kennedy, Anomaly London, Johannes Leonardo, Mother, Droga5, Ogilvy, and RGA, and partnered with production companies like Smuggler, Canada, Laundry, Unicorns&Unicorns, Hey Beautiful Jerk, and others. I got to see the world, and make work with some of the most brilliant directors, editors, artists, and creatives.
I’ve previously worked at Mother NY, SPIN Media, Gawker, and MTV.
By trade, I’m a writer, with bylines in Rolling Stone, Playboy, The FADER, Pitchfork, Vice, Rookie, Racked, and more. I’ve written about fashion, music, astrology, biodynamic farming, my own childhood heartache, and what it was like to be on a plane with Rihanna for a week.
As a copywriter, I’ve written for agencies like The Working Assembly, Barbarian Group, Universal Music Group, The Standard Hotel Group, Symphony Studios and others. I’ve developed brand voice and campaign creative for companies in tech, hospitality, entertainment, consumer goods, automotive, and more.
By night, I’m raising my amazing little boy, Colter. I’m also listening to murder mystery podcasts, reading voraciously, and making playlists (when there’s time, that is).
